- Meet with you to discuss your ideas for your perfect day.
- Discuss a timeline of events.
- Help you to negotiate your contracts with your selected vendors.
- Stay in close contact with you throughout the planning process and encourage you to call or e-mail us at any time.
- Organize the rehearsal and do a run through at the selected beach site the night before the wedding.
- Make sure everyone involved is comfortable with their roles and their responsibilities.
- Oversee the arrival of vendors and the delivery of all wedding items.
- Organize the transition from the ceremony to the reception and assist with the transfer of smaller decorations and/or accessories to the reception and at the reception.
- Make sure all wedding items are in place.

Wedding receptions are some of the most important events that we play and Henley will make sure yours is just right. Henley is happy to sit down and talk with you about your event and expectations. As part of the process of making your event special, Henley will go over each detail of your reception. Henley will help you plan everything from the introductions to the last dance. Henley will also work with you on the music for the entire evening.
